Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026+ strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and their business implications
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for executive leadership on emerging opportunities and threats
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with long-term market evolution
- Establish KPIs to track the implementation of strategic initiatives toward 2026 milestones
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech disruption analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience in visualizing complex scenarios
- Track record of embedding foresight into corporate strategy with measurable ROI
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent advanced training
