Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives in Fortune 500 companies
- Produce trend reports and strategic briefs using quantitative data and qualitative analysis
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or technology consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of developing successful long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience presenting to C-level executives across diverse industries
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal trends
- Certification in strategic foresight (preferred)
