Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends, technologies, and market shifts impacting 2026+
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and strategic roadmaps for 5-year market evolution
- Lead innovation workshops with executive teams to translate foresight into actionable initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on future-of-work and industry disruption
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize emerging technology investments (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-cultural shifts affecting global business landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data visualization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, corporate foresight, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into implemented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and horizon-scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-level audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic impact
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights under tight deadlines
