Qualifications

- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Published author in top-tier futurist or technology journals (e.g., Nature Futures, IEEE Foresight)
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding from government or corporate sources
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
