- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into core offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on technological disruption and adaptation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record in AI/ML, quantum computing, or advanced robotics domains
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry platforms
- Deep understanding of ethical implications and policy frameworks for emerging technologies
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation (e.g., CFM, CSPO) preferred
