Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, biotech) to create 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in 2026+ markets
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption and societal impact
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Author thought leadership papers on technology ethics and governance frameworks
- Mentor innovation teams in foresight methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in ethical AI governance and responsible innovation
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation initiatives
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
