Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise innovation and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Author thought leadership content positioning company as future-tech authority
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify next-generation acquisition targets
- Represent company at global futurism forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Exceptional data visualization and strategic communication skills
- Deep understanding of geopolitical/societal factors influencing tech adoption
