Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with transformative potential for 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible technology adoption
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and technology thought leaders
- Author white papers and thought leadership content on future technology trends
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or futurist studies (PhD preferred)
- Experience with foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi method, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating published thought leadership on future trends
