Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) with a focus on Year 2026 viability.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate futuristic solutions into current product lines.
- Present strategic insights to the C-suite and board of directors to secure investment.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure the company remains a market leader by 2026.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists and strategic planners.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or product development.
- Proven track record of leading long-term strategic initiatives (5+ year horizons).
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their business applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast market shifts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
