- Market Intelligence: Analyze global tech trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to mitigate risks and identify new revenue streams.
- Leadership: Mentor and guide a high-performing team of futurists, data scientists, and product strategists.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical strategies to the C-Suite and board members with clarity and persuasion.
- Innovation P&L: Manage the budget for experimental projects and ensure a strong Return on Investment (ROI) for future-tech initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in technology strategy, executive management, or R&D leadership roles.
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing trends.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technologies or leading large-scale digital transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Location: Willingness to work from our San Francisco headquarters or a fully remote hybrid setup.
