In this role, you will bridge the gap between today's execution and tomorrow's breakthroughs. You will be responsible for defining the strategic pillars that will drive our growth trajectory through 2026 and beyond, working closely with C-suite executives and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Define the Year 2026 Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end development of the company's strategic vision for the year 2026, identifying key market opportunities and technological advancements.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales departments to align short-term tactics with the long-term Year 2026 strategic goals.
- Market Intelligence & Foresight: Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging trends, competitor movements, and regulatory shifts expected in the 2026 landscape.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex strategic concepts to diverse stakeholders, ensuring buy-in across the organization for the Year 2026 vision.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee the strategic deployment of capital and human resources to maximize ROI on Year 2026 initiatives.
- Innovation Incubation: Identify and pilot high-potential projects that will define our market position in 2026.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive leadership roles within the technology sector.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term roadmaps (5+ year horizon) with a specific focus on future trends.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
- Analysis: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to boards and executive audiences.
