Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Technicians: Work alongside experienced plumbers to install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial piping systems.
- Site Preparation: Prepare job sites by digging trenches, laying pipes, and ensuring proper alignment under supervision.
- Equipment Management: Transport, clean, and organize tools and materials to ensure efficient workflow.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Learning & Development: Study technical manuals, blueprints, and code requirements to advance your skills and certifications.
- Customer Interaction: Assist in providing excellent customer service and keeping work areas tidy for homeowners.
Qualifications
- Zero Experience Required: We provide training. A strong willingness to learn is the only prerequisite.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a current driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with measurements, fractions, and basic calculations.
- Communication: Ability to follow instructions clearly and communicate effectively with team members.
- Tools: Own basic hand tools (optional but a plus).
