Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair complex electrical systems, wiring, and components according to blueprints and specifications.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Ensure all work complies with North Carolina state electrical codes and OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Journeyman or Master Electrician License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment and hand tools.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments, including heights and confined spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to workplace safety.
