Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and implement effective solutions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes to ensure compliance.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to prevent system failures and extend equipment life.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain problems and provide transparent estimates.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company quality standards on every job site.
- Work collaboratively with the dispatch team to manage schedules and route efficiency.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide comprehensive on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
