Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain piping systems for water, drainage, and gas supply.
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues such as leaks, blockages, or corrosion.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and costs to clients.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment to prevent future breakdowns.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumber License in the State of Michigan.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and residential plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
