Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site duties.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting forms.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project plans when directed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols is a plus.
- Must be willing to work in all weather conditions.
- Excellent work ethic and ability to work well within a team structure.
