- Safely operate hand tools (hammers, saws, drills) and power equipment
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized work areas
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Perform cleanup duties and debris removal at job sites
- Adhere to project timelines and supervisor instructions
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Milwaukee County
- No experience required – training provided
