Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery under supervision
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Support cleanup and debris removal at project sites
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople on multi-crew projects
- Complete daily equipment inspection and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction materials
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Strong teamwork ethic and verbal communication skills
