Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Assist skilled tradesmen with basic tasks (e.g., digging, mixing concrete, debris removal)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Read and interpret simple construction plans and instructions
- Support site preparation and cleanup activities
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (not required but preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
