Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks (demolition, excavation, framing)
- Load/unload materials and equipment safely
- Prepare job sites (cleaning, organizing tools)
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Assist in concrete pouring, finishing, and curing
- Transport debris and maintain site cleanliness
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic math skills for measurements
- Team player with strong work ethic
- Pass background/drug screening
