Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to ensure code compliance
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Coordinate project timelines and collaborate with contractors/clients
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and National Electrical Code standards
- Lead junior electricians and provide on-the-job training
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials/supplies
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical installation experience
- Proven expertise in reading schematics and technical diagrams
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/after hours
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
