Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC)
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Supervise junior electricians and coordinate project timelines
- Order materials and maintain inventory for assigned projects
- Document work progress and maintain detailed service records
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proficiency with conduit bending, wiring, and circuit breaker installation
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety protocols and best practices
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
