Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems per NEC and local regulations
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Lead residential/commercial projects from conception to completion
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Train junior electricians and mentor apprentices
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and project managers
- Submit detailed documentation and compliance reports
Qualifications
- Valid Oregon Electrical License (Journeyman/Master)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise in residential, commercial, or industrial systems
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
