Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and provide accurate cost estimates
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs, pipe replacements, and fixture installations with minimal disruption to clients
- Adhere to local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards
- Complete service reports, maintain inventory of tools and materials, and manage job documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience with residential/commercial systems
- Valid Massachusetts plumbing license or journeyman certification
- Proficiency with pipefitting, drain cleaning, water heater repair, and sewer line technologies
- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
- Must pass background check and drug screening
