Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform emergency repairs for water leaks, pipe bursts, and clogs
- Read blueprints and schematics for new construction projects
- Ensure all work complies with California/Texas plumbing codes
- Manage inventory of plumbing materials and tools
- Train junior plumbers on safety protocols and best practices

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid plumbing license in CA or TX (or equivalent reciprocity)
- Expertise in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills with mechanical aptitude
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Background check and drug test clearance required
