Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose water leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions
- Read blueprints and ensure code compliance
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections
- Coordinate with clients and project managers
- Train apprentices on safety protocols
- Document service reports and inventory usage
Qualifications
- Washington State plumbing license (Journeyman level)
- 3+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes (UPC/IPC)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
