Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics accurately
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety regulations

Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Wisconsin Electrician Journeyman License
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Proficient in reading complex electrical blueprints
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Experience with PLC systems and automation a plus
