Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with global market shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, sustainable systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Create predictive models for industry transformation and competitive positioning
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or future-focused R&D
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech landscapes (Web3, AI ethics, climate tech)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M
