Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing 2026 innovation roadmaps
- Research and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into strategic frameworks
- Design scalable solutions addressing future workforce and societal challenges
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Present visionary concepts to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts impacting 2026 landscapes
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of future-focused experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2018-2025)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futurism preferred
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating transformational impact on complex challenges
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management a plus
