Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures according to National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan installations.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical problems to provide effective solutions.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with project managers and junior technicians to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of waste materials.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the State of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
