Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential and commercial properties.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan and execute electrical work.
- Ensure all installations comply with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems to identify root causes of faults.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance to clients.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman or Master Electrician License (IL required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, circuits, and wiring systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working in various environments.
