Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems including wiring, fixtures, and controls in compliance with NEC and local codes
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting methodologies
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications for project execution
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and team members to ensure seamless project delivery
- Conduct safety inspections and implement hazard prevention protocols
- Lead apprentices and junior electricians through mentorship and technical guidance
- Document work progress, maintain equipment logs, and prepare detailed reports
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Journeyman Electrician license with current renewal
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on electrical experience in residential/commercial settings
- Expert knowledge of NEC standards, OSHA regulations, and local building codes
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools (multimeters, clamp meters, circuit tracers)
- OSHA 10-hour certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong problem-solving abilities with systematic troubleshooting approach
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments (heights, confined spaces)
