Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential buildings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and Massachusetts state regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Lead apprentices and junior electricians on complex projects
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and building management
- Document project progress and maintain detailed service records
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician license required
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proficiency in conduit bending, wire pulling, and circuit installation
- Expertise in troubleshooting 120V-480V systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of energy-efficient systems and green building practices
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
