Responsibilities
- Perform complex electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting on commercial and industrial sites.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Conduct routine inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards.
- Mentor junior apprentices and electricians on proper techniques and safety procedures.
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for projects in a timely manner.
- Respond to emergency service calls and resolve critical electrical issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license in the state of Oklahoma.
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in commercial and industrial electrical work.
- Thorough knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and NEC codes.
- Ability to read and understand complex electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Physical stamina to work in various environments, including heights and confined spaces.
