Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems in compliance with NEC and California Title 24 standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients
- Perform system inspections, testing, and safety compliance audits
- Mentor apprentices and ensure adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Document project progress and maintain accurate service records
- Support renewable energy integration projects including solar and EV charging stations
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman Electrician license (required)
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, motor controls, and power distribution
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Familiarity with energy-efficient systems and smart grid technologies
- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to resolve complex electrical issues
- Clean driving record and ability to travel to project sites
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied environmental conditions
