Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Lead crews on large-scale projects while maintaining safety standards
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and clients for seamless project execution
Qualifications
- Valid Minnesota Journeyman Electrician license (required)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, wiring, and load calculations
- Strong diagnostic abilities for complex electrical systems
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
