Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in commercial buildings, hotels, and entertainment venues
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC and local electrical codes
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using diagnostic tools
- Supervise apprentice electricians and coordinate project timelines
- Document work orders and maintain safety records
- Collaborate with general contractors and clients on complex projects
Qualifications
- Valid Nevada Journeyman Electrician license
- 5+ years of commercial electrical installation experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent
- Proficiency with conduit bending, power distribution, and VFD systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills for 120V-480V systems
- Ability to read architectural blueprints and electrical schematics
- Experience with hospitality/entertainment venue electrical systems preferred
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
