Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in compliance with NEC and Ohio building codes
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of high-voltage and low-voltage projects
- Inspect electrical components and systems for safety and efficiency
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project compliance
- Mentor junior electricians on best practices and safety protocols
- Coordinate with clients and contractors to meet project specifications
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Ohio Journeyman Electrician license required
- OSHA 10-hour certification and CPR training preferred
- Proficiency with conduit bending, circuit design, and load calculations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility for emergency callouts and overtime
