Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems per NEC standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform system upgrades and emergency repairs in industrial/commercial sites
- Train and mentor junior electricians on safety protocols and best practices
- Conduct thorough inspections and documentation for compliance reporting
- Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years as a licensed Journeyman Electrician
- Valid Kansas electrical license and OSHA 10 certification
- Proficiency in industrial controls, VFDs, and power distribution systems
- Strong diagnostic skills with ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Experience with commercial/industrial construction projects
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
