Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Lead crews on complex projects while maintaining safety protocols
- Manage inventory and order materials for job sites
- Provide exceptional customer service and project documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio Journeyman Electrician license (mandatory)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical installation experience
- Proficiency with NEC, OSHA, and Columbus municipal codes
- Strong diagnostic skills for residential/commercial systems
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Proven leadership experience for crew management
