Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems and wiring issues efficiently.
- Ensure all work strictly adheres to local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain a clean and safe job site, strictly following OSHA safety regulations.
- Interact professionally with clients, providing estimates and updates on project progress.
- Utilize hand and power tools, including multi-meters, conduit benders, and generators.
- Assist in mentoring junior apprentices and ensuring team best practices are followed.
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Journeyman Electrician License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of verifiable experience in the electrical trade.
- Strong working knowledge of blueprints, schematics, and electrical layouts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
