Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems following NEC standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Diagnose electrical faults using test equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Supervise apprentices and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and inspectors for project completion
- Document work orders and maintain accurate service records
- Participate in emergency call-out services after hours
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee Journeyman Electrician license
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with conduit bending, wiring, and circuit design
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Pass background check and drug screening
