Responsibilities
- Install and Maintain: Perform high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Blueprints: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installations.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all local, state, and federal electrical codes and safety regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, explaining technical details in a clear and professional manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with apprentices and other tradespeople to complete projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid Journeyman Electrician License required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints and using electrical testing equipment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Driver's License: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
