Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications with precision
- Ensure all work adheres to NEC, OSHA, and Florida state electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Supervise apprentice electricians and coordinate project timelines
- Manage material inventory and coordinate with suppliers for seamless project execution
- Document work orders, safety reports, and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Journeyman Electrician license (required)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical installation experience
- Proven expertise in conduit bending, wire pulling, and circuit troubleshooting
- Familiarity with energy-efficient systems, EV chargers, and smart home technology
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Clean driving record and ability to travel throughout Central Florida
- Strong communication skills and commitment to safety-first practices
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environmental conditions
