Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures according to local and national codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to determine layout and wiring.
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical problems accurately.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and safe.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to meet project timelines and specifications.
- Use hand and power tools, including oscilloscopes, ammeters, and voltmeters.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License (State of California required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional electrical experience.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
