Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and team members for project efficiency
- Conduct safety inspections and implement hazard prevention measures
- Manage inventory and order electrical materials as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid North Carolina Electrician Journeyman license required
- OSHA 10-hour certification or equivalent
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local regulations
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
