Responsibilities
- Installation & Maintenance: Perform the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and industrial electrical systems.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan wiring layouts.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues efficiently and safely.
- Compliance: Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal electrical codes (NEC).
- Safety: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Client Communication: Interact professionally with clients and project managers to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Journeyman Electrician license in the state of Georgia.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial electrical work.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical theory and proficiency with testing equipment.
- Tools: Ability to operate hand and power tools required for the job.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physicality: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
