Responsibilities
- Perform new construction wiring, panel upgrades, and residential retrofits.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical plans.
- Ensure all installations comply with local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical faults and system failures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Inspect electrical systems to identify potential hazards or inefficiencies.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician License in Texas.
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in commercial or residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, circuits, and power distribution.
- Proficient in the use of electrical testing equipment and hand tools.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and in various weather conditions.
