Responsibilities
- Perform new construction installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan and execute electrical projects accurately.
- Ensure all work strictly complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Diagnose and repair complex electrical issues quickly to minimize downtime for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication of project timelines and costs.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Mentor apprentices and junior technicians to maintain high team standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the electrical trade.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
