Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of electrical tasks including installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial wiring systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installations.
- Adhere to all local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations at all times.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating project progress and expectations clearly to clients.
- Collaborate with the project manager and crew to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Journeyman Electrician License required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy equipment regularly.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
